During this internship I was responsible for the design and laboratory testing of an advanced high-resolution flash 3D LIDAR system based on polarization modulation. I also assisted with ultrashort pulse laser research. I honed my skills within a fast-paced engineering environment and gave presentations to high level executives.

My work focused on the development of an analytics program to compare and correlated RADAR detection data from the airborne Due Regard Radar (DRR) and independent ground based surveillance systems. This project was a part of the testing and validation phase of the DRR system.

Leveraging virtual machines, I developed an upgraded architecture for the Multi-Functional Work Stations (MFWs) within the Mobile Ground Control Stations (MGCS). This saved valuable rack space, enabling greater system capabilities.
